Many are dissappointed when starting Vista Beta 1 and not seeing all the promised eye candy (transparency and such). You will need a driver that supports the Longhorn Driver Display Model (LDDM) Today, both ATI and nVidia have realeased beta drivers for Windows Vista Beta 1 with support for LDDM.
